Next, use the three included flavors to make your gum more delicious than ever. Choose from watermelon, orange, and classic bubble gum — or try them all! Finally, cut it up, package it, and label it with stickers to give away as gifts. While you make these yummy treats, you’ll also learn about the scientific properties of elastic materials.

Experiment Manual Contains:

• Part One: Make Your Own Bubble Gum. This kit makes 10-30 pieces, depending on how you divide it.
• Part Two: Four Experiments with Gum

For ages 6 and up

Ingredients:
Corn Syrup
Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Food Starch)
Gum Base
Natural and Artificial Flavors.
**The gum is processed on equipment that also processes gum which contains soy. Other ingredients are processed in facilities that also process milk, egg, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soybeans.

TO MAKE THE GUM, YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Cup
water
scissors
measuring cup
tablespoon
adhesive tape
fork
spoon
cutting board or flat work surface
microwave-safe container (disposable plastic cup or bowl recommended)
knife
wax paper
ruler

FOR SOME EXPERIMENTS, YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
two glass jars or drinking glasses
tissue paper or paper towels
kitchen scale
clean rubber band

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:
microwave (or stove)
sink
