Students use the scientific process to type blood and analyze hair, fingerprints, handwriting, fabrics, and fibers. They use evidence, observation, experimentation, interpretation, personal profiling, and deductive reasoning to crack the case. Includes instruction manual with reproducible student worksheets. Allow a total of four hours to complete the six experiments and analyze and interpret the evidence. The required time can be split into different periods (for example four 1-hour sessions). Designed for 24 students working in groups of four.
