GREEN Low Cost Water Monitoring and Testing Kit

A popular, economical tool for learning the basics of water quality.  This is a portable, easy-to-use water testing kit. Students will have fun analyzing sample water for eight different test factors: pH, dissolved oxygen, biochemical oxygen demand, temperature, turbidity, nitrate, phosphate, and coliform bacteria. This complete kit includes a manual with step-by-step, diagrammed instructions; an easy-to-use laminated color chart, and all the necessary apparatus and non-hazardous TesTabs® to test ten water samples (three samples for coliform).

Use this kit at home or pack it into a field bag and explore the water quality of natural aquatic systems nearby. Can be used to test fresh, brackish, or saline aquatic environments.

A great learning and water testing tool for any investigator ages 8 and up! Designed for groups of 4-6 participants.

Includes enough testing materials for 10 water samples (except for Coliform testing, which includes enough for 3 water samples).
